In order processing and delivery, we rely exclusively on personal customer contact and deliver orders personally. If desired by the customer or if it is outside the region, we only send items insured with Deutsche Post.

In our shop system, a corresponding order via prepayment is possible. Please refer to our shop system's supplementary terms and conditions for the relevant payment modalities.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after receipt of your order. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging at the sender's expense. Articles that have been refined or individually manufactured by us are generally non-returnable and will only be replaced if defects are proven. The amount will be refunded to you. We deliver by DHL, aall prices include VAT. If cash on delivery is refused, the prepayment remains ordered item unpaid without a communication from you. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
